Scope of these terms
These terms govern use of the firm’s public website and its enquiry channels. Read them together with the privacy policy. Legal services, fees and the scope of any engagement are governed by a separate agreement. These website terms do not replace a service agreement or any required authority to act.
Content and legal advice
Published content introduces the firm and its services and provides general information. It is not legal advice tailored to a particular matter. The appropriate legal approach depends on the facts, documents and applicable law. Do not rely on website content alone to take legal action or calculate a deadline; seek advice suited to your circumstances.
Enquiries and accepting an engagement
Submitting a form, sending a message or calling the firm does not by itself create a lawyer–client relationship, acceptance of a case, or a commitment to an action, deadline or outcome. Services begin after reviewing the request, completing necessary professional and legal checks, and agreeing the scope, fees and authority required. An acknowledgement confirms receipt only.
Deadlines and information you provide
The website form is not a substitute for formal procedures or filing with a competent authority. Sending an enquiry does not suspend a legal deadline. If your matter has an imminent deadline, explain this and contact the team directly to confirm whether assistance is possible. Provide accurate information and valid contact details, and do not submit another person’s data without an appropriate basis or authority.
Confidentiality and communication channels
Keep initial enquiries to a general description. Avoid sending identity numbers, financial or health information, or sensitive case documents until the team specifies what is needed and how to send it. Applicable professional confidentiality and data protection obligations depend on the relationship and information concerned. The privacy policy explains website data processing.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, impersonate others, submit unlawful material or malicious software, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the service, or collect personal data from the website unlawfully. Abusive requests or access attempts may be restricted as necessary to protect the website and its users.
Intellectual property
The firm’s name, logo and original content belong to their respective rights holders. Do not use them to imply endorsement or partnership without permission. Third-party material remains subject to its owners’ rights and stated licences, including the Riyadh photograph credited in the privacy policy. These terms do not restrict uses permitted by applicable law or licences.
External links and availability
Google Maps, WhatsApp, X, TikTok and other external services have their own terms and policies. The website may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or technical reasons, and content may be updated. Content is not guaranteed to suit every situation or be current at every moment. The website does not guarantee the outcome of any case or legal service.
Responsibility and statutory rights
The parties’ responsibilities are determined by applicable law, the circumstances and relevant agreements. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, waive statutory user rights, or amend the firm’s professional obligations under a separate service agreement.
Applicable law, updates and contact
Website use is subject to the laws in force in Saudi Arabia, and jurisdiction is determined by applicable legal rules. These terms may be updated, with the revision date shown above. Updating them does not automatically amend an existing service agreement. For questions about these terms or website problems, use the contact details below.
